WOW, I’ve just seen the strangest review someone has left on here. I find it very hard to believe as all the stylist here are very accommodating and go out of their way to provide a first class service. My wife and I have been regulars her for years and have never had any reason to complain about the service.
I just need to leave a comment in relation to the one left by Maggie Smith (not her real name ) I was in the salon the day this lady came in to complain and her recollection of the conversation was very different to what actually happened... Julie I think the owners name is was so professional and calm while this lady was awful, I really wanted to interrupt her but as julie was been so calm offered her another appointment to do her hair for free nd couldn't have been nice I couldn't. Especially when all that was needed was after 2 weeks post perm 'Maggie' just needed to wash her hair !!!!! And if she is going to write reviews in the future she should try starting with the truth then she may feel she can use her real name.
Absolutely awful permed my hair to a crisp never had such a perm in all my years went back to see Karen all she said it was ,was the atmosphere what a load of rubbish my hair is still a mess never going and wouldn't recommend her
Great staff very friendly, very happy with the service I received. Have been going for year's.

Loved my last visit with Karen. I left the salon extremely happy with my hair as she made it perfect and exactly how wanted. Looking forward to my next visit.
