Absolutely brilliant staff had the most beautiful cut and blow dry this morning. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Brilliant!
I was not impressed with the response of a switchboard operator to my enquiry about seeking advice from one of the hairdressing lecturers about a hairstyle dilemma. I appreciate that the staff are engaged in induction week with students but they also depend on customers on whom students can practise and master their skills. The switchboard operator refused to transfer my call to the hairdressing department and recommended that I contact a local hairdresser who has ‘lots of awards’. I replied that I received a poor service from this particular hairdresser. I have therefore had no alternative but to find another local reliable hairdresser to resolve my hair cut issue.
Visited now on a number of occasions, for hair colour, restyle and cuts. All staff demonstrate a professional manner and conscientious in their approach both with the health and safety aspects, i.e colour patch testing, and also styling your hair. Staff appear to support the student's with effective guidance and advice. Highly recommended.
