   I really love the service here. The staff are amazing people, i originally did a nail design i didn’t like, i went back and told them i didn’t like it and they re painted it and did my new design free of charge even though it wasn’t their fault. Good service. I highly recommend them

   Went in and asked for full set of new nails and toe nail filling in. I showed a picture, asked for mat with the design that’s on the picture, I don’t think they had the stuff that they needed for the original design, so he made his own design. Which I didn’t initially mind. Shape is ok and colour ok, but the mat just looks dirty all the time and the design he put on gems are too big and it’s not central. So at the time I didn’t notice as I glanced at my toe nails and thought there ok. It was very hot and I was falling asleep. It wasn’t until I got outside and checked my nails I realised they wasn’t right. Also I really hate complaining so I was just hoping the guy knew what he was doing. So after paying I checked and thought no there wonky and the gems are scuffed, also then I thought why did they charge me £75 for this? So I went back straight away, I was only out the shop for 5 minutes. I mentioned there not right and the gems are wonky not straight and look way to big. I said I need to go to please can you refund my gems that are wonky, he said no I fix them but I really needed to go. I said no it’s ok I’ll go. So he gave me £5 I thought this isn’t really covering the cost and the time I’ve sat there. And yes I know they offered to fix the problem, but I couldn’t stay as I needed to catch a train and I really didn’t want to sit in again for all that time. It was to hot. I actually wanted the gems off they look horrible and for the price not worth it. They guy knew they was wonky and everyone in the shop working there knew what he was doing and didn’t say anything. They kept looking at what he was doing, but still tried to ignore the fact the was not central wonky and too big. In the shop when you looked at them, i couldn’t really tell it’s not until you went outside in the daylight that you could see them more clearly. I’ve added the picture of the set I asked them to copy. I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix them don’t trust these people can do them correctly. I’ll never return.

   I just been here about 2 weeks ago for my toes . I had pedicures and it absolutely perfect. All hard skin get removed, smoothy and so relax . High recommend !

   Service is absolutely terrible!! Different staff every week. Could not do SIMPLE design that was asked from them. One of the men working there was grabbing my hands like he didn’t want to be there. The price was much higher than the price list showed. Really really disappointed in the service, price, workers there, shape, quality and everything possible. Most rudest place to do your nails ladies!

   Disgusting service all round Really bad quality and beyond rude. First and last time. 2 nails came off after 2 days and gel polish changed colour to a horrid brown overnight. They insisted I was wrong and that I had asked for the colour or implied I had lied. Despite not being able to find a matching colour in the shop. I now have oddly painted nails in a horrid colour I'd never choose. I was told if I wanted matching nails in another gel polish I'd have to pay for a full new polish. No apology for all this inconvenience and having to return after 2 days. Disgusting way to treat paying customers. Left feeling embarrassed.... with full shop staring! Never ever again
