My second visit for a manicure. Lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Jade the owner is welcoming, polite and gentle when it comes to the treatment. My nails look fantastic
I had the displeasure of visiting the ‘Spa’ based off of a Groupon voucher. I paid £17 for it and was told on three separate occasions as there was six of us so we had to find a day where we could all book, that it included steam room, Sauna and pool. Upon arrival we where told the spa only included with that code a massage, a manny, peddy or brow shape. I got the brow shape which is £8. The lady then showed my friends and I to the pool. After we had already been in, the manager, jade, told us we had to pay extra for that. I explained we had been told several times by her staff this was included. Jade was extremely rude, cut me off when speaking to her and rolled her eyes. I told her the treatment I had was only worth £8 so how can they justify charging extra for the pool. She said she didn’t care and again began being rude. Her customer service skills are abhorrent and my friends who got pedicures, the tech just painted over old nail polish and it is already chipped. Sorely disappointed and I would strongly recommend if you need your brows doing or nails painting go somewhere that specialises. You will save money and get a much friendlier service. What a shame. .
It is a lovely hidden gem! Had an amazing full body massage and indian head massage! It has a whole array on treatments and packages as well as a hairdressers! I fully recommend this place. I will definitely be going back and use it as my regualr beauty salon
My friend and I booked in for mini manicure and pedicure. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. The spa is nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. Really lovely relaxing atmosphere. The beauty therapist Jade was lovely and very personable. We were both very pleased with our treatments and will definitely be booking again. I would highly recommend that you treat yourself and get booked in!
Excellent spa, really nice treatment rooms and the girls are lovely and professional. Great location and easy parking. I'm having the IPL hair removal treatment and the results are amazing! I'm looking forward to a shaving free summer! Thanks ladies xx
After spending over £1000 at a local salon, having 8 treatments and still having hairs! I decided I had nothing to lose by trying the laser hair removal at Spa Serenity after seeing them advertised on a social media site. Having been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries I always knew being hairless was a gamble but decided to take the risk. I had my first treatment with Amanda who was professional, honest and all together lovely. Within a week I had noticed a massive difference!! Before the treatment I could have shaved my legs in the morning and if I was going out at night I would have had to shave them again! Now I can go days (wearing a skirt daily) and then when I do need to shave them there are hardly any hairs! I have just had treatment number two today and I can't wait to see the results. I just wish I had found Amanda and the team a year ago as it would have saved me a whole lot of time and money!!! I would highly recommend Spa serenity to anyone as they are.... professional, friendly, clean, great facilities, easy access, loads of car parking and honest.
