My 13 year old daughter went for her hair cut today for the first time in years, having her hair and head touched is a massive trigger for her, the lady that did her hair was fantastic she understood she was nervous, chatted to her throughout and made her feel so comfortable, my daughter came away with a big smile in her face and is happy to go back again which is a massive step for her
