I can honestly say the most recent bad review that went on for Saturday 2nd November is totally not true. I was sat in the hairdressers and they was clearly a mix up and the 2 ladies working that morning could not do enough to try and resolve this for the customer. I totally understand the frustration from the customers point of view but it most certainly wasn't the ladies fault that was working on that morning. They couldn't apologise enough and was trying to find out who booked the appointment in the first place to try and help the customer. The customer came in for a colour even though she's never had a patch test at the salon. It did appear to be a slight language barrier and miscommunication.

totally ruined my whole day and had me running late because they couldn't spare an extra 10mins, I had the common curiosity to ring and explain the situation, I only just decided to go back after they burnt my head last time with a curling iron! but definitely NOT recommend and will NEVER use in future reference!!!

I've been going to this salon for a number of months before pandemic struck and have just finally gone back. I cant praise it enough. The staff in there are very friendly and actually listen to what you want rather than doing what they think you want. It is in a lovely location and the prices are really reasonable compared to town centre prices. There is no compromise on time either I never feel rushed when I'm in there. Woukd highly recommend.
