Been for a wash, cut and blow dry today with Amber. I was made to feel welcome and all the staff were happy, fun and showed great customer service. Amber did a fantastic job on my hair and chatted to me throughout. I’m someone who doesn’t really like going to hairdressers as I get quite anxious about it due to some hair loss but Amber made me feel comfortable throughout and I will definitely be returning here, even though I’ve moved out the area it’s definitely worth the little extra travel time. I have been to Jade and Hair Creations for about 10 years. Jade saved my hair after another salon had burnt it to a crisp. I've never met such down to earth, kind and warm hearted ladies. Everyone who works here is just absolutely wonderful. I've had cuts and colours and I have always left smiling. I decided to try out their new offer of a Japanese Head Spa. Oh My Goodness!!!! It was outstanding. Not only did my head and hair feel refreshed and clean but my entire body was relaxed. The whole process was an hour long and I fell asleep because I was so relaxed. I would 100% recommend Jade and her team. The best in Hull!!!!
Lovely place. Has moved into next door, bigger premises and looks gorgeous. Have another appointment booked for the 19th! Charlie was great. Would highly recommend.
Lovely salon and even lovelier ladies, came for a cut and blow dry with the new stylist Andrea and it was a great experience from start to finish. They were very attentive and make a great cuppa. Will definitely be returning!

I went in for a post-lockdown cut, cannot fault Jade at all. She has been my mum's favourite hairdressers for years and did an amazing job on my hair too, I'd definitely recommend.
