Absolutely amazing service, went to get my fringe fixed, did excellent and got what I asked for. First time coming to Toni & guy and definitely returning. Outstanding customer service and very polite and professional.
My 3 year old daughter had her first hair cut here, she loved the whole experience. From walking through the door she was made to feel welcome. Now she keeps asking to go back!
My first visit to this salon and I loved it! Very welcoming and professional. I had a blow dry with Chris and left really happy with the result. Very pleased too with how it was washed with care not all salons get this right.
my daughter never liked to have her hair done at other salons before as she always screamed and did not seat still but Tony & guy made it , she was so happy whilst was being treated, love the waivy that staff did. thank you very much for looking after my daughter . she will be returning again. very highly recommended 5/5 stars ✅
Using this salon for my mother who is a wheelchair user. The staff are kind and receptive, especially Robert. Always happy to make me a latte whilst waiting for her but the order of egg and chips take too long in cooking and I’m ready to leave with her before it’s ready! Otherwise it would be 5/5.
After going in for a consultation, deciding on a colour and style, having the patch test, booking the appointment and organising time off work (at personal expense as I’m self employed,) I was really looking forward to my balayage and new style. Just four hours before my appointment, they rang to cancel/rearrange. No explanation or apology! I understand that sometimes things come up that are unavoidable but, there is a way to deal with that professionally. An apology is the very minimum you can do. Toni and Guy is very expensive. People pay that higher price due to the expectation that the service will be professional. That certainly wasn’t my experience with them, so I’ll be going elsewhere.
Went in to order some more hair straightener, I've had my other about 8 years,they are still working but I thought it best to get some more just in case, lovely woman took my details and rang me back, should be able to pick up one day next week.. They Never came back in stock, so I bought from somewhere else.
Kimberley cut , conditioned and styled my granddaughter's very curly hair. She advised her how to look after it and keep it in good condition. Her hair looks fabulous and has increased her confidence greatly. Kimberley was very good with her, chatting etc. Overall a lovely experience for her 1st professional hair salon. Will definitely be going back.
