The service was absolutely horrible and I am sure to never come back again. I asked for brown but they completely ignored me and made my hair very dark black which isn't even allowed in my religion and looks absolutely awful. I came back asking for them to help me in anyways to fix this or do it again properly but all I got was an attitude filled denial.
Friendly without being overly chatty, the staff are polite, welcoming and professional. Two visits so far with totally wowzer results, I'm 100% delighted to give Diva the thumbs up.
Charlotte was incredible! Gave me exactly what I wanted, such a sweet & kind lady as well! I’ve had troubles with hairdressers over the past five years with none of them cutting exactly the style I wanted, but Charlotte managed to do exactly what I asked for! Heard a lot of bad comments about this place however was going to go myself until my partner took our daughter out in the rain as she wanted to jump in the puddles, meanwhile he heard one of the staff slagging him off for it and mouthing off about it. Keep your comments to yourself and mind your own business and do your job rather than stood at the desk slagging people off.
I have been using Divas for a few years now and I can't fault them. They did my Wedding hair a couple of weeks ago and would highly recommend them. Great value for money and excellent customer service
I've had my hair styled before at other places but they never really seemed to understand what I wanted divas completely transformed my hair it's so different I love it!
Really friendly hairdressers and great to have a chat too, on my first time they were really welcoming as I was nervous about trying a new salon but I totally recommend this salon to anyone.
