I've used Diamond Nails in Hessle since I've moved to Hessle and I love how the staff all take interest in my nail designs. They never fail to disappoint. My nail art is hand painted, not transfers. Here my last three sets
Love coming here for my nails .came with my daughter for a pedicure and the lady was a miracle worker.Always had trouble with my toe nails ,but they now look fabulous .staff are very attentive❤️
Such a poor and horrible service experience. I had high hopes for this nail salon based on the photos and reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time without any acknowledgment or apology. . The technician rushed through my manicure, and the end result was sloppy – uneven shaping, poorly applied polish, and bubbles that showed up as soon as it dried. What was most disappointing, however, was the customer service. When I politely expressed my concerns, the staff became defensive and dismissive. There was no offer to fix the issue or even apologise. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. There are plenty of nail salons that value cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction – this is not one of them.
I've only recently started going to Diamond Nails after a recommendation. Every time there is a short wait (3-4.30pm arrival) and they do a great job! This is a photo of my most recent nails, early Christmas nails!

Great 1st experience. In and out quickly. Gel nails look fantastic and lasting well. Eyebrows great shape and colour. Will definitely be back.
Hospitality was nice but they used a chemical that damaged my nails and had to be treated.
Had some good visits, but last visit nails are not so good. Very polite staff
