   I went and had my hair coloured and cut. I wanted my grey colour to be bright and silver grey. Unfortunately it looks like dirty Ash grey. She trimmed my hair then started to dry it using a diffuser. After a couple of minutes she stopped and said all done. She let me go home with wet hair and you would never have know I had been to the hairdressers. I was extremely disappointed especially as it cost me £78.

   I had a perm it didn’t take so I went back the lady who did it tried to blame me one of the reasons she blamed me was the photo I showed her was a wig?? I wanted a loose perm anyway she did it again it isn’t the perm I wanted, it looks like my hair has been crimped and it’s very fizzy I showed another hairdresser she said they haven’t used big enough rollers also my hair is very dry and she said it should not be like that.

   I called on the phone several times but no answer so get on my mobility scooter and to to the salon, there was not much space to get in the door since they have the Counter about 1 metre from the door which blocks excit/entrance point so in my opinion not very inviting to people with mobility issues, they saw I was having trouble getting in and out the salon but no help was offered, not very welcoming sorry to say , cant tell you how good they are at hairstyling not only couldnt get it so went back on the tuesday and they was shut so gave up.
