   I've been suffering with lower back pain and had had a few physio sessions (not with Emsworth Physio). I spoke with Sarah and she suggested acupuncture. I've had one session and the pain has pretty much gone! I am so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend as a treatment if you are thinking about it! Sarah was really knowledgeable and put me at ease and gave me some good mobility moves to do at home to help with my back.

   Sarah has been my weekly Pilates instructor for the past two years, she has taught me a whole new way of exercising with encouragement, professionalism and some how made it great fun too! In addition, as an elderly runner, I occasionally get an injury which she sorts out with her amazing physiotherapy skills - highly recommend and sincere thanks!
