Extremely friendly staff appointment was exactly on time no waiting around and very accommodating with booking next appointment
One of the rudest women I’ve ever had to pay for privately! I was made to feel stupid for not having my vaccination record from my gp with me. I had to weed out information about what was recommended for our trip as she was very hesitant to give information. She didn’t give us any information on Malaria so I now need to go elsewhere as I’ll never go back there again. No gloves worn and I only saw her wash her hands after injecting us. I came away feeling awful and would never return.
Please go to Boots or Superdrug instead!! Completely rushed appt, 5 seconds consultation whilst walking up stairs, no information about vaccine I was receiving, door left open, false information given. I went to boots and Superdrug as I felt I needed second opinion where I had 45 min consultation, they ran through my trip from start to finish and discussed exactly what I had already had and therefore what I needed. Ended up needing 3 more! I was also given info leaflets here about the vaccines which was useful and also they’re half the price of Hampshire Travel Clinic. Dreadful experience all in all.
Mary and Julie at the Hampshire travel clinic are the most welcoming and friendly duo you could wish for. We have had the most extensive vaccination programme with Mary, getting almost every jab known to man! We can’t thank them enough. My first 10 minute appointment turned out to be a 40 minute global research session with a cup of coffee. If that doesn’t say dedication and support then I don’t know what does. The Hampshire Travel Clinic were excellent in accomodating our needs. They went out of the way to fit us into a Saturday morning vaccination clinic to get our yellow fever jabs. The service was excellent from beginning to end. We were even treated to a cup of coffee when they heard of the distance we travelled to get too them. A distance I would not mind doing again in light of such excellent, and genuine, service.
The receptionist the most beligerant person I have had the misfortune to meet. After saying good morning we were reprimanded for parking in the wrong spot, having moved the car my elderly mother was then swiftly patronized for not understanding their pager process. Having paid premium prices I felt some level of courtesy and service was called for. Upon pointing this out I was then followed back to the car threatened with the appointment being cancelled and our payment credited in order to force my apology.
Awesome! Reliable, caring, wonderful staff who handle a large workload, very stressed travelers all dealing with changing Covid protocols. These staff have really stepped up to the plate and deliver an excellent service. They followed up with me to make sure I received my PCR results in under 24 hours (new US regulations). So grateful!
We contacted the clinic for a last minute COVID Fit to Fly test. Very professional and we paid for the courier service as we needed the results back in 24 hours. We actually received them back in 8 hours. A superb service, friendly and professional staff.
