The salon staff are very friendly and welcoming. My first time at this salon and I wasn't disappointed at all. The lady that was cutting my hair listened to what I wanted and when asking about hilights she took a sample to see what color it would lift too. Very professional extremely friendly and I will definitely be going back. The other clients waiting was obviously regular visitor's and the kindness and warmth they had In the conversation was so lovely to see. I simply cannot praise the staff more, I went in looking like a scruffy mutt and looked like a premium poodle coming out. X

Waited half hour. Nobody really acknowledged I was there. Couldn't have my hair done in the end as I didn't have enough time after being made to wait. No apologies. Didn't even seem to care. Won't be going there again.
