   Ellie & Amy did the hair and make up for my bridesmaids, my mum and I on my wedding day in early December 2025. They did the most amazing job! We were all so pleased with what they did and it lasted all day (though a pretty rainy & windy day too!) Through the whole experience - booking, trials and the wedding day itself, they were so kind and friendly which made the whole experience so calm and relaxed. I just couldn't recommend them enough - so talented and gorgeous inside and out. Thank you so much!

   Bows Bridal did hair and make up for myself, bridesmaids and my mum on my wedding day in July 2025 and did the most amazing job. They were friendly and helpful from the moment I got in touch and made the whole experience so calm and relaxed. My hair and make up trial was so enjoyable, with the girls giving lots of advice and being really patient as we discussed different options. They were amazing on the day, making everyone feel comfortable and really adding to a lovely relaxed morning. All of us were so pleased with our hair and make up which was even better than we had hoped and lasted all day and night. I’m so glad I booked with Bows and would absolutely recommend to anyone for any occasion. Thank you so much.

   Ellie did mine and my bridal party’s makeup for my wedding on 17th April 2025 and I can’t recommend her enough she was fabulous and is such a lovely person too! I’d never had my makeup done before until the trial; Ellie is so knowledgeable and gave me some really good advice on how to best care for my combination skin so I felt in very safe hands and the salon is also so welcoming and friendly. Ellie absolutely smashed it out of the park on the wedding day, I felt absolutely amazing my makeup was flawless and we all received so many compliments on our makeup which looked perfect all day long. My mum hadn’t had her makeup done since her own wedding 39 years ago and she looked absolutely stunning!! The week of my wedding I also booked in for a facial with Ellie, it was the most relaxing experience ever and my skin has never felt so good so I will definitely be back! Thank you soo much, you were just amazing and I’m so pleased to have had you as part of my wedding morning! xx

   I was so lucky to find Bows for mine and my bridal party’s wedding hair! I am not from the Hull area so I wasn’t familiar with the salon but after going for my trial in March, I knew I was in good hands! Amy listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel at ease. The atmosphere in the salon was brilliant, so lively and all the staff were so friendly. On the wedding morning, Amy was brilliant - she made the morning so relaxed and chilled. She listened to what sort of style everyone wanted and made sure everyone was happy. Everyone loved their hair and so many of our guests commented on it. I would definitely recommend bows if you are looking for someone to do your wedding hair in the hull area. Thanks again!

   I cannot recommend Bows enough! Amy and Ellie were absolutely amazing for my wedding! From the pre-wedding trial to the big day, I had complete faith that these two lovely ladies would ensure everyone looked and felt amazing! Amy and Ellie did the hair and make-up for myself, my 2 bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and mother of the groom - all of them looked absolutely stunning! Amy and Ellie are true professionals and they offered their advice and suggestions all the way through - from suggesting how my mum could have her short-but-thick hair styled, to guiding me to which style of makeup would suit me and would ensure I still looked like my natural self. Not only are these ladies just fantastic at what they do, but they are just lovely people too! On the morning of a wedding, when things can seem a bit overwhelming, they are a calming influence. They’re more than just a hair and beauty team; they helped fasten shoes, joined in with the girly gossip and excited giggles, sorted last-minute touch-ups and were just generally a huge help! I’m so glad I chose the girls at Bows for my day - they made everything just perfect!
