   Totally annoying that noone will answer the telephone when you try and ring for an appointment! There is an answer phone message asking you to leave name and number and they will call you back to arrange appointment. I called 2 days ago and left my details and have I been called back.....NO. To be fair I really liked the person who did cut my hair there on a regular basis, but you really need to start answering that phone. So I'm sorry to say I have now gone elsewhere.

   I had my hair done here recently and it was the best experience iv had. Charlotte was amazing she took my hair from drab to fab. The difference was amazing I felt so much more like myself. Cannot wait to come back and have it touched up

   First time at Glow hairdressers and certainly will not be my last. Jane the owner is a really nice lady and made me feel comfortable from the off. I can honestly say for the first time in quite some time my colour was exactly how I wanted.and with a great cut and finish my first experience could not have gone better. Thank you Jane, I will be back.

   Turned away an 83 yr old lady with walking aids on arriving to her already booked appointment Costing £10 inn taxi an told "dont take your cost off, a member of staff has rang in sick an can come back tomorrow! Inconveiniant unprofessional , waste of money but also wasting both our times
