Nothing to say about centre but parking is so bad . Cannot find a parking space so have to park 2 streets away and walk back . The centre needs to provide a parking area for patients.
My wife had a consultation with Dr Church who we had never met before. I was deeply impressed with her thoroughness and concern. Could not have been more professional or thougtful thank you.
Refused to give me medication for severe anxiety so can’t ever sleep again. Also, refused to refer me for surgery so I’ll never walk again so life is over. Joke to them. Help now!
Kim, the diabetic specialist nurse, was really informative today. It’s really helped me and my grandad understand his type 2 diabetes, and the science of it all. Really friendly and he was really pleased as he’s never been fully explained how it all works and what causes it etc, and he’s been type 2 for years. Thankyou Kim!
I am disgusting with this doctor surgery i get a call staying the have referred me to another surgery for appointment. The day my appointment i turn up and then get told im on system but get told at the surgery my appointment been cancelled and that surgery is only taking ambulance emergency only. I dont even get a call or text message from my surgery informing me that it got cancelled so i look like a idoit their.. you need to inform your patients that their appointment been cancelled!!! Even the lady at reception was confused about it.
Absolutely cannot stand this practice, everything is done on econsult and it is an awful system that causes patients to have to answer endless amount of questions that don’t relate to them, when you feel unwell it’s the last thing you need. I feel they greatly let patients down. Individuals are lovely but the system they use is NOT patient friendly at all!!!
Gp didn't care that I had pain,but this hospital was very nice to me and treated me well. Only 4star because a nurse lady loudly front of everyone asking "GIVE YOUR PEE SAMPLE" and when I quickly stand up to go close to her and say that I do have my blood filled sample from home "OH SO GOT IT WITH YOU". Im autistic (I had my lanyard on my also) I just expected a bit more privacy that's all. Otherwise I was in within 2hour as expected and I totally understand as some lil kids had more bigger issue as mine(poor babies).
When it's so easy to moan about the quality of care and service you expect/receive in life then it makes a massive change when you receive quick and professional response what for me was a big problem causing major discomfort and anxiety. Well done to the GMC and the staff that responded to my message. Within 1 hour of sending it, and finishing with a one to one phone call from a Doctor I'm heading to the chemist for my emergency drugs. Thank You to all involved.
The whole team at this surgery are absolutely fantastic. The Dr's really do have our best interests at heart and really do care!! Unfortunately, my previous Dr's surgery failed me and half of my problems are from the lack of care they provided to me. Gosport Medical Centre actually do what is best for you... rather than just doing something to shut you up or get rid of you. I literally can't fault their patience, understanding and perseverance. They are non judgemental, and make you feel like your health & wellness is in good hands when you need help. The best decision I ever made was moving to this surgery. The receptionists are so lovely too and make phoning in so much easier. I am currently receiving treatment for an ongoing problem and this surgery have gone above the call of duty to take time out to ensure I'm receiving everything I need. This week will be my last week on my treatment plan and I honestly cannot thank them enough. Had I of had the support from a surgery like this years ago, I feel I would have recovered years ago too. THANK YOU for helping me to build my life back up. You're all amazing and anyone registered at this surgery are very lucky to have you all.
