    Why does the phone line say the practice is closed when it is open? I have called the practice today Wednesday, I've tried all afternoon.The phone line states the practice is closed, but the opening hours state the practice is open from 2pm - 5.45pm. I also had the same problem last month. When I called in the afternoon, the same voice message stated the practice was closed, when it was open. I then had to ask my elderly family member to go into the practice to speak to a receptionist as I am not in the area. This issue really needs to be sorted as it is causing a lot of stress and anxiety.

    They've started closing earlier than the listed hours here, they're closed at 3 on a Friday!

    Very good place. The NHS has big problems and the doctors here really do what they can to help their patients. These are hard-working people with a lot of responsibility and they can't make a mistake. They really want to help everyone as quickly as possible.     Very slow service went to chemist said go back to surgery back and forth feel like they don’t care really need my medication. Absolute shambles.
