   You can't leave no stars, if I could I would. Before the Willow group took over this was a fantasist Doctors. But since they took over forcing people to use the Website it is beyond abysmal, the website is designed to be as difficult as posable to use, (No click here for an e consult form, its hidden away), and having just the one phone number, for 5 GP services, with a constant 30+ person que almost to the extent that they are intentionally making it virtually imposable for you to contact them..... WHY IS THIS ? (might it be they have to actually then do something)? One thing to note, eventually, if and when you do get through to them the medical staff and treatment is 5 Star, BUT only if you can contact them....

   They are very good. They have a system where you can fill out a form in the morning to complete an online consultation form and they will ring you back, forward you to the chemist for a prescription, or set up an appointment with you to come in. They text you links to upload photographs. I asked for an X-Ray and got one booked in within 2 weeks. They are also able to let you refer yourself for physiotherapy etc. I spoke with a receptionist today, and although they are at full capacity and there was a long wait list on the phone, when it was my turn she did not rush me, make me feel silly or not listen in anyway. She went above and beyond to help with my query. I've always found them (Gosport Waterside Medical Center) really good since merging with the Willow Group and think their online form system and how quick they get back to you is great. Remembering how busy the NHS is you can't ask for more from them really. Let's be honest - My X-Ray within two weeks and free referral to free physiotherapy can't be sniffed at. You'd pay thousands for this on Private.

   Have not made an appointment for the Doctors for many years. So did not know the willow group procedure to make an appointment. People told me good luck getting an appointment. Good luck must have been on my side the day I phoned. I made a phone call was kept informed on what position I was in,waited 25 minutes not a problem. Call answered by a very friendly and helpful person She took all the information required and said I would get a callback the same day. Which I did 90 minutes later again this time by a very friendly Doctor who gave me excellent advice. So I will have to say that I could not fault the service I received Many thanks

   Absolutely 1st class service at the reception counter, on a busy Thursday, I had a query about some post hospital medication. Sorted within 24hrs. Exactly the need for being polite and prepared to wait, explaining what was required it was actioned. Please show a little patience. The guys need a working radio for the counter, there's is old fashioned and not functional. Well done everyone.

   As a new patient at the willow group I have been impressed with the level of service offered. Dr Ali is the consummate professional who has gone above and beyond on every single consultation I’ve had with him in the last week. I cannot rate him enough and hope that he receives the recognition he deserves. When I’ve called the reception staff are always helpful and friendly, immediately supportive of my needs. I do agree that the econsult process is difficult and appears to be ineffective - perhaps this is an area that could be improved. Overall, I’m delighted with the service being offered and feel listened to by those I have engaged with.

   I've spend the best part of 3 hours trying to get through to get results. Today I was waiting over half an hour then got disconnected. The automated phone message says visit patient access for results.. nothing showing there!!

   Been with forton since I was a child but now it's Willow it's just shockingly bad. Medication I needed and have been prescribed just cancelled from the repeat on the app.. OK, honest mistake. Try to use the online system and its been suspended. OK... try to call and I'm told don't call unless you're actually dying.. sent 4 emails and got ignored.. so I have no medication. No choice. I have to leave and register somewhere else. Dire service and never did get a reply.

   Cannot fault any of my interactions with the Willow group. Quick responses within their clinical reason for making contact back, if been more urgent (as in an infection or something that needs attention asap) I have had same day reply. If non urgent, an appropriate wait time. I usually add on e consult if I do not need a quick reply as I am aware of the nhs struggles and happy to wait. I am most grateful to each and everyone. Thank you

   Recently registered with Willow Group after reallocating from Southampton. Still surprised of the negative reviews for this medical group. Due to my poor health and chronic conditions i have been to every single medical centres in Gosport and I can’t describe how reassuring , friendly , patient and professional is every single staff member I had the pleasure to meet. We all going through challenging times and i think we all have to appreciate each other kindness and efforts. Well done to everyone working hard to keep us safe and healthy.
