Dr Ramzan has been so kind and helpful and it was such a relief to speak to a doctor who genuinely believed me and cared about the outcome. I now have access to the relevant services to support my recovery. I’m very grateful and he is a credit to the surgery.

Praise where praise is due... I have not been a patient at the Willow group long, however, since I have been I have unfortunately had to have lots of doctor visits to get to the cause of my medical issues. I cannot fault the politeness, empathy, respect and general niceness of all the staff I have come into contact with so far. Including reception, nurses, doctors (Forton and Waterside). They are simply a breath of fresh air. We haven't got to the root cause of my medical issues yet (though testing is underway) but I feel like I'm in safe hands. Thank you!

I’ve been seen by Dr Mark Walsh and his team and the service has been outstanding. He listens carefully, explains things clearly, is kind and professional and takes the time I need. The appointment ran on time, the staff were friendly and supportive and I left feeling genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a doctor who treats you like a person and not a number, I highly recommend Dr Walsh.

I was not well on Wednesday. I went to the surgery in the morning as an emergency patience for my chest pain, coughs and headache. I was fighting for breath, coughing and looking really sick. The receptionist was so good it brought tears to my eyes. She was gentle, considerate, and very helpful. She gave me a glass of water and reassured me that a doctor will come soon to take me in. Another patient a elderly gentlemen gave me a plastic but to help me disposed of my tissues, then came the doctor who took me to his room. He carefully did all the checks and subscribed the medication I needed. I, like everyone here criticising the surgery for their time keeping, But I cannot denied that the service I received on Wednesday morning deserved an Oscar. I know that different people may have different experiences. But when something is done properly with empathy and care, it is also right to talk about it. Thank you again for looking after me this Wednesday morning, as I am getting better

Would love to give a zero but unfortunately can't give a zero, reception staff should not need to know personal health issues that's why they are not medically trained and that why they don't do medical education for years that is a doctor's job or GP's job.... Pointless asking for a gp if receptionist staff think they know better , worst place I have ever been sadly I moved from a lovely parctise I am contacting head of NHS to express how badly and lack of care this surgery has

Seen plenty of bad reviews here but I've never had an issue with them. Sometimes long wait times to get seen but that's across the whole NHS not just this surgery. Friendly, local and I'm in and out really quickly.

It's a nightmare to get through to a human being on the phone, doctors forget about you and your health issues, half of the time they Google your symptoms. I couldn't believe it when I first saw it.

Incompetent administration and receptionists. Booked in for my appointment with receptionist telling them my name, which doctor i was there to see and at what time. Allowed to wait in an empty waiting room for what I thought was a busy doctor for an hour. When the receptionist finally returned, and I questioned why I was having to wait so long when they appeared so quiet, receptionist finally realised that she'd made a mistake and that the doctor I was supposed to be seeing was not even on site. I was told the doctor would call me straight away........ They didn't. Waste of time.
