   I booked for a spa day i was very disappointed the hot tub was absolutely freezing after 5 minutes i had to get out to warm up.The showers were also cold . I think you may be you have to take your own shower gel too as they wasn't any provided. I did raise my issues upon leaving the salon only to met by and confrontational meber of staff, who basically said well you don't pay any extra for the hot tub and we have had a lot of people in the hot tub this morning..... not really the professional response I was expecting! This staff member obviously needs more training in customer care .I was absolutely disgusted by her manner .

   My partner and I recently enjoyed a delightful couples massage experience at this spa, and it was simply fantastic! Rebecca and Katie were incredibly friendly and skillful masseurs who made us feel comfortable right away. The ambiance was charming, especially the romantic balcony with a soothing hot tub and sauna—such a perfect setting for relaxation and quality time together. We left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly pampered. Highly recommend this place for a blissful retreat!

   Went for full body hot stone massage and was a bit disappointed, especiaĺly as it was a gift. It was more like a Swedish massage with stones quickly rubbed on you at the end. I didn't feel relaxed at all. I have had quite a few hot stone massages and have always loved them. The room was TINY- a cubicle really. You could hear voices through the floor. I thought I would feel pampered, but I didn't at all. Won't be going back for a massage of any type.

   Went with friends.....used the hot tub....beautiful setting.....could see the Humber Bridge lit up and watched the sun setting whilst outside in the hot tub. Staff couldn't do enough for us and they were very short staffed. Will deffo be back. Excellent value for money thank you.
