The staff here are absolutely lovely, so kind and thoughtful. They walked me and my mother through every step of the experience and I felt engaged and informed. I appreciate when stylists speak to their clients and approach new styles from a judgement free angle. I have an atypical hairstyle so I felt welcomed when it was seen as interesting and fun rather than weird. The client is truly put first here. I look forward to coming back.
Had my eyebrows and nails done by Siobhan, the new colours for the summer are fresh and bright, I couldn’t make my mind up so Siobhan put a sample on some nails gave some advice which helped me make my mind up. She’s very friendly and professional, makes you feel very welcome, a drink is offered to you when you arrive, which starts your journey feeling relaxed. When I got there I was feeling stressed, after talking to Siobhan and having a good laugh, I left feeling much better. Zara the owner has got a wonderful team and has made this Salon feel warm and welcoming.
Love this place! Zara and the staff are amazing, always makes you feel welcome. Update: I still go to Urban Angels. Ill never use another salon for anything. The staff here are amazing!
Had an amazing cut and finish by Lois who was really friendly and clear, as were all the staff. I’ve never been someone to get regular haircuts but this has changed my mind as I had a great experience! If I lived in the area I would definitely make this my regular hairdresser :)
Had a wonderful restyle from Rebecca. Excellent customer service and a beautiful haircut. Felt at ease and comfortable as she was happy to listen to what I wanted and offer suggestions. Will definitely return! Well worth the price.
Really lovely staff. A little pricey sometimes but it's worth it. They always get the treatment right and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
