My 5 year old little boy is autistic & hair cuts are a huge sensory aversion & the man who did his hair was fantastic so patient so compassionate all the staff helped get him through his cut, talented, clean welcome space, thankyou guys one happy mum & son
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Took my nephew here for a haircut and I’m really impressed! The barber did an amazing job – very neat, stylish, and exactly what we wanted. My little nephew felt comfortable the whole time and even left with a big smile. The shop has a great atmosphere, modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely one of the best barbers in Hull – we’ll be coming back for sure!

Went into the saloon my usual stylist wasn’t there, Got a new boy who I had not seen before, I told him exactly wanted I wanted and he had other plans I explained I don’t want to look like him but I have my own idea of what I wanted it’s just a basic shave With some lines, This is how I have been shaving for 10 years, I even showed him a photo of me I understand a bit of Kurdish Arabic as I worked with the aid agencies in Kurdistan He swore at me once in his language as he smiled I didn’t say any thing as that’s his mother’s wrong way in bringing up a child, I could say more!! But this guy is poor for the business I said brother I came for this style and you do this and he kept getting angry, and angry Yes sometimes we will not agree with you this is life, You do not get angry with honest customers who Respect the hard work other staff are doing Anyways that’s the last time I will use this shop, plus the lad over charged me they normally charge £8 he took £11 plus didn’t do the job I wanted Plenty more shops in hull
Very professional service , the staff make you feel welcome and create a very positive environment. Always deliver a really good service. The haircuts are spot on and always to a very high standard. Would highly recommend this place. Me and my two brothers always use MS Cuts and we love it every time.
