    I have been a loyal customer of this salon for many years and have consistently received excellent service. However, in recent weeks, I had a disappointing experience with a young hairdresser who works at the first station on the left. During my visit, he did not follow my requested hairstyle, the appointment took longer than usual, and he did not use a razor, a key part of the service I expected. As a result, my haircut was not to my satisfaction. While I've always been pleased with the service from other hairdressers at this salon, this recent experience has led me to consider finding a new place for my haircuts. Overall, I would rate my experience a 3 out of 5.

    Have always used this barber for years as it's always been great, I went in today and a young lad I've not seen before attended to me, I asked for a trim and a wet shave with hot towel. I ended up with a haircut which was awful and all different lengths, and all I got was an electric shaver then slapped around the face with a warm towel then sprayed with some sort of fragrance. Unfortunately your loyal customer won't be coming again as I left feeling underwhelming and cheated. For anyone in future, don't let the young skinny lad with spiked hair and glasses anywhere near you.

    We had a little wait which I expected, it's the day before kids go back to school so lots of little boys (Inc mine) getting their back to school hair cuts. The chap did a really good job of my son's hair, it looked great.

    Got stabbed by wild clippering, pain from too-fast / blunt catching hairs in the beard. Very poor work clippering around the mouth. Definitely never going back.

    I went for a men's hair cut following a recommendation from a friend. Excellent service. Really welcoming, reasonable prices and most importantly, really good at their craft of cutting hair. Shop is well laid out with lots of seating. Highly recommended, will definitely be back. Also, found out they've been there for 20 years. That says a lot. Pay them a visit.

    Been a couple of times now. Great lads and always cut my hair properly. They only ask for £7 and they do a great job! Other places in Hull charge £9.50 and can't cut my hair properly, so I let Mozart's keep the extra £3 change. I'd rather pay good money for a good service. I'll be back soon.
