She made me feel so welcome at ease and took the time to explain absolutely everything- I left with the knowledge and products I need and feel very excited starting my new skin journey!    Since I started my journey with the skin clinic in March 2025, l've noticed a significant improvement in my skin — and I couldn't be happier. My confidence has grown so much, and I feel more comfortable in my own skin than ever before. I often receive compliments from my work colleagues and family, who've noticed the positive changes too. Courtney at the skin clinic is absolutely lovely — she never dismisses any question and always takes the time to explain everything clearly.    Staff were perfectly friendly and polite and the booking process was smooth. Upon booking cryotherapy, I was asked to provide photos of my skin concern, which I did. Within 30 seconds of seeing someone, I was told that they couldn't go ahead with the treatment. If these photos were reviewed prior to my appointment, it is likely that I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money to park. I had already paid a £25 consultation fee that was supposed to go towards the cost of the treatment. I asked if I could get a refund as I’d been there less than two minutes and I was told no. I would have at least expected them to offer another treatment to make use of the money I had already paid, even if I I had to pay an additional cost for said treatment. I travelled a fair distance to get there and left feeling as if I’d been hurried away. I know others who have had good experiences but unfortunately that wasn’t the case for me.

   10/10 would recommend to every one of my friends! Thank you so much for everything that you have done with my skin over the last 5 months! I initially came to the clinic because I was getting married and wanted my skin to look better than it had been (I had suffered from perioral dermatitis & eczema). I was so worried that my skin was going to look horrendous on such a special day, even after everything I tried myself. So decided to make the plunge and book in! From the minute I entered the clinic, Kristina was a warm and friendly face, making me feel like anything was possible after battling with my skin for months! She assured me every step and made me feel like we would get somewhere and boy did we!! From the signature facials, supplements and 3 sessions of microneedling, my skin has never been better! It is brighter, smoother and more hydrated looking! As someone who has worn make-up nearly everyday since I was maybe 12, I felt confident to go days, even weeks, without needing to put anything on! Even though my wedding is over, I will keep coming to you guys to get treatments and I can’t wait to see where my skin is in the next 5 months!

   My experience in The Skin Health Clinic has been nothing short of amazing! I cannot recommend Kirsty enough, she is so knowledgeable and has made me feel at ease from the minute I stepped into the clinic over a year ago. I have always had acne prone skin, but I have seen such a huge difference in having a bespoke treatments, products and supplements tailored for me. My skin is glowing! The team are the best in the business & looking forward to seeing more skin miracles in the run up to my wedding next year! ❤️

   It was my first time in the clinic. I was nervous but Victoria was very easy to talk to and i felt comfortable and at ease with her. Victoria explained everything simply and clearly. After a consultation and digital photography of my skin Victoria was able to tell me what my skin needed. I watched in awe as she made up moisturiser and serum.
