Definitely the worst doctors in the area. Practically impossible to get an appointment, Dr Naylor is also the most unhelpful, unsympathetic and abrasive doctor I’ve ever met. If you can get into another surgery, please do that.

Well... What can I say? I am quite seriously ill right now, this is my surgery since I was a baby, but I've been blessed with good health.... However now I really need to see my GP... And it is IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment to see a General Practioner at this surgery. for a 40 year patient, I actually got an appointment and a scan with a Neurologist /Neurosurgeon at QA before I got any word at all from this place. I STILL can't get to see someone, I've so had people from DWP to my house to Assess my condition, and my health was so poor due to actual brain damage, that they immediately awarded Peronal Independence Payment.. I didn't even apply for it. All I needed back in August when I had a stroke/seizure (still unknown right now, waiting on scan results but I have no memory of the last year from January) was a fit note... I couldn't even get that, at a stage I was unable to walk and I was in a wheel chair. My poor 70 year old mother was so shocked that she went there to try and get an appointment for me, just for a Fit Note... And couldn't get past Receptionist, the window into the waiting room was right there, and there was not a soul waiting .. Empty.. I had spent 34 hours passed out in casualty at QA with no treatment until my Mother came and just took me home, I am MORE upset about her being so enraged about how I've been treated (which is not at all... No diagnosis for some neurological problem that left me passed out for 4 days, waking and wondering why my nails were so long and my beard grown... Memory of 9 months or so totally gone. A terrifying experience.. and I couldn't get half an hour with a GP at my practice that has held all my health records for 40 years. I'm about to try again, and ill be absolutely happy to change this review to a positive one if I actually get to see a medical professional, hopefully a Doctor, but the Nurses are often as knowledgeable as the Doctors these days. It's a crying shame as I recall going to this place as a child, with the waiting room full of people, but they were people who had called that day, with things like flu, that no one would go to a Doctor for these days. If they don't give me an appointment this time I'll have to change practices, because being UNABLE to even get n appointment at all... Not even "come back next week" or getting an appointment in 7 days or 14 days... Just told there are no appointments at all... While I am in the dark about what the hell happened to me, and why I am physically and mentally operating at about 25% of how I was before August 17 when the event happened. In that time I had CT scan, 30 mins with Neurologist, health assessment in my house by DWP (the most helpful medical professionals I've seen in this matter, who took 2 hours of questions and tests to really figure out roughly what is wrong with me, and were very friendly and kind...) 111 person who arranged a 2 month Fit Note signed by a GP at this Surgery (that I never saw of course). Now despite being completely signed off as unfit, DWP in Fareham want another Fit Note... And 111 for some reason can't do what they did last time (probably just not as good as the wonderful lady that sorted it in 5 minutes before)... Well I won't bother you with any more of my health journey... Suffice to say, I've been with Jubilee my whole 40 year life, and only actually needed their expertise on 4 not very serious occasions (so it says on NHS app).. But now in 2025 I have a serious and frightening illness...... And the the door has been slammed in my face. I'll certainly change this if I can get an appointment, and I'm sure the medical Pros are superb.. But getting past the gate keepers at reception.. No chance, and telephone? Recorded message. Nothing at all useful. Not good at ALL.

Dreadful - last year I discovered a lump - I did an e-consult (as it was at the time) and was told I did not need an appointment!!!! The lump got bigger so once again did another e-consult - I eventually received a call from a member of staff and after being close to tears and explaining I was worried I might have Cancer was eventually told they would give me an appointment I was eventually referred to QA and was diagnosed with a Sarcoma (a rare Cancer). QA then had to refer me to the Royal Marsden in London for specialist treatment. I have since left Jubilee Surgery and would not recommend them. If I had the choice I would not give any stars.

ZERO STARS I would not recommend DR NAYLOR to my worst enemy! especially for younger patients. For over a year, I tried to explain my problems and concerns, often leaving appointments in tears, but she continuously dismissed what I was saying. She reassured me multiple times that a referral had been made back in October, even asking me to hand in forms and telling me the waiting list would be a year. I have now found out that the referral was never actually submitted. My new doctor listened straight away and referred me immediately, which only proves how badly my situation was handled. It feels incredibly upsetting to know I wasn’t believed and that time was wasted while my health suffered. If you’re a young patient and you’re assigned to Dr. Naylor, I strongly recommend asking for a doctor who will actually listen, care, and follow through on what they say.

Staff are friendly however I missed a phone call appointment as I was driving and couldn’t answer the phone and then I was struck off the list due to missing several calls when driving I called straight back when safe to do so waited 30min in cue and after explaining I was driving and was told I had to re apply for an appointment which had taken me over a month to book!! Not sure why I bother being registered to this practice or any practice as you’re seen quicker in ED department or walk in clinic which is a waste NHS time!! Waste of tax payers money!!

I called to say the medication I had received via post was different from what i had been prescribed by the surgery. The phone operator phoned me back to say that she had just checked with a GP and that it was the same thing just a different brand, I tried explaining that it was not the same as it had completely different ingredients written on the front of the box, which she completely ignored, and told me “you do not know more than GP, so I’m going to hang up now”. The operators had also spoken to my pharmacy and said the medication they had sent me was correct. I then went to a local boots pharmacy to speak directly with a pharmacist who confirmed that it was not the same thing at all, their assistant then had to stop serving customers and call the pharmacy I’m registered with to confirm that what I had been sent was wrong, and that the Jubilee phone operators had been incorrect to say it was the same thing. If I had listened to the phone operator, I would have ended up taking the wrong medication, which also has different side effects, and is especially dangerous when both pills run the risk of blood clotting. Im not even lying when I say this is the first time I’ve written a bad review for anything in my life. Other than the phone operators jubilee is a good surgery, but I honestly can’t not leave a bad review because they kept telling me to take the wrong medication.

Totally gone down the toilet for health care. Over 45 mins wait on the phone, ended up going In as it was faster for an appointment for my husband he needs face to face or an allocated time appointment as he works but they won't accommodate that. Why are we now paying into the NHS when you can't get an appointment excuse this time Strep A time before staff shortage and last time Covid....111 or 999 or gosport war memorial walk in. Used to be an amazing surgery.

Problems yet again with my mum's prescription. Time and tome again they mass it up and when you phone through they are unhelpful and refuse to put you in contact with a supervisor or the practise manager. They put the phone down on my brother even though he was not abusive. Ended up my brother going down to the surgery. Absolutely inadequate patient service and totally dire surgery. We are considering taking this further as this is not the first time.

If you’re thinking of joining this surgery then I’d advise you not to. I moved from another area and had no idea surgeries could be so bad. It’s is impossible to get an appointment. If the receptionist doesn’t think you’re poorly enough they advise to call 111 and if they think you’re too poorly they advise to call 999.

It honestly feels like the service has collapsed. Such a shame. If you are lucky enough to even get in the que in the morning you have to wait in line after 28 people for up to 40 minutes. The phone lines are then completely closed down often due to too many calls. Prescriptions are also very often muddled up between doctors and chemist. Combining resources with the other surgeries just hasn’t worked unfortunately in my opinion. Whatever the funding model is I don’t think it’s working.
