After a fall walking along the sea wall an X-Ray showed I had a chipped bone on my left fibula and a year later an MRI scan revealed a damaged tendon in my left ankle. This affected my gait and I began to experience significant discomfort in my hips, which another X-Ray showed to be osteo-arthritis. These ailments made dog walking a misery and, after much prodding from my wife I put myself in the hands of Simon at Fareham Foot Health Clinic. After watching me walking he recommended a pair of custom insoles which would correct my gait and relieve my discomfort. I was, I confess, quite sceptical but I have been wearing the insoles for 2 months and been astounded at the results. The pain from the damaged tendon is now minimal and I have had no further problems with my hips. I am absolutely delighted with the result and cannot thank Simon enough. I have ordered a second pair of insoles, so I can keep a set in my walking boots and a set in the house for wearing with shoes!

Absolutely fantastic if I could give more stars I would. Karma treated me today with what I was told was a veruka. She examined my foot I could barely walk when I arrived. I was in agony it turned out to be a dog hair she got that out dressed my foot and my foot is perfect again. I would recommend her to everyone.
