We were in for a function today at 22/12 and the level of hospitality we experienced was second to none. I've stayed in 5*s all over the world and the experience was the same if not greater than some of these 5*s. Huge shout-out to Bernie the manager who made sure we had enough soup, bread rolls and teas. All the staff had immaculate presentation of tables, service rendered and the food was delicious. They were all very professional and well dressed with immaculate uniform standards I hope continue into the future. Overall exceptional experience, shame I couldn't spend a night here and it was only a function.

We arrived at 11.20 am for breakfast, we ordered an adult and child breakfast, while waiting on the food, I had taken a quick phone call when the food arrived, the child had eaten the food when he decided he wanted the same again, we sat hoping a staff member would come to our table to check if we were ok, but sadly not, the staff remained at the bar, the child at the table went up to the till 11:50am to ask for the same breakfast only to be refused, breakfast was over, the child came back to table hungry and disappointed, the adult went up to ask and was also told breakfast was over, we feel defeated, saddened, frustrated, could understand if the restaurant was busy at that particular time, but there was only 4 other tables that had already been served, the child was not ready to eat chips or pasta at that particular time, so the child had to leave feeling hungry, being a regular customer who enjoys supporting the local towns restaurant, we were certainly left feeling other wise dissatisfied.

Making the booking was effortless- nothing was too much bother. Our group included folk from England, Slovenia South of Ireland and counties Londonderry Fermanagh and Down.. Thank you

Stayed midweek for 2 nights. Hotel was great value for money, with free parking, are room was very modern, spacious clean and tidy, we dined in the very busy bar each evening and the food was lovely with very nice staff. Bar staff were very friendly and easy to talk with. Charlotte checked us in and was a lovely lady with a lot of knowledge on places of interest and advise on where to go. Would definitely recommend staying in Kilmorey Hotel.

Lovely hotel, highly recommend a stay. The hotel is cosy and well decorated. All Staff, reception, bar, catering are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Food is great quality from evening meal to breakfast. Rooms are large and nicely decorated and large modern shower. Location is perfect for beech walks and mountain hikes.

Just back from an overnight at this hotel for my husbands birthday. Got a deal which included wine and chocs on arrival and 2 course dinner. From the moment we arrived the young lady behind reception couldnt have been more helpful, no sooner were we in our lovely room when our drinks and a delicious plate of homemade goodies arrived. Dinner later on was served in restaurant again staff couldnt be more helpful. Breakfast was amazing no complaints from us. Only negative i could comment on was bed was a bit hard for us but thats personal choice. Will we be back .....definately

Have stayed here on two occasions. Excellent hotel. The rooms are immaculate, staff are friendly and very helpful, breakfast is great (a decent amount of options), and the food in the bar is fantastic as well, although the portions are large! Would wholly recommend :)

We (group of young ppll) went there for new years eve but bought £10 tickets for it (thinking we'd need them to get in), turns out the tickets were for a country party in a separate room with mainly people aged 50+ and we couldn't get a refund... Bit of a bummer but the rest of the night at the bar was fun, until the end, around 1am, a girl got in a fight with one of the bouncers and the police came. Still most of the staff (apart from that bouncer) was friendly, kinda long waiting time for orders but it was very full so that's fair enough, ok price for the drinks and we still had a fun night.

Staff here are exceptional and this extends from reception to bar and also the night porter. This is the most friendly in total staff I have experienced. Rooms very good but no heating available until 6pm which was uncomfortable. Food and service in bar was excellent although menu was lacking in fish dishes which I found surprising. We had the catch of day and scampi which was great but some more imaginative fish or vegetarian dishes would be even better. Breakfast was a little strange. I am used to juice cornflakes fruit etc being included and an addition for cooked. Here the cooked is included along with coffee but toast juice etc. Is extra. Overall a very comfortable friendly hotel which I strongly recommend.
