   I had my gel nails removed there. They don't soak them off; an abrasive powered brush is used. No cuticle or nail treatment applied. Since then my natural nails are cracking and breaking and look dreadful. Went in to complain...nowhere private to talk so the whole salon heard the conversation and then customers laid into me. Don't go there

   I've been a couple of times & been happy with them, & it's usually costs me around £50 for coloured acrylic nails on the hands, with a couple of fingers on each hand as an ombre, then with a couple of gems on, which usually lasts for 3-4wks. ⭐ I took my sister for her, to have her nails done for her 1 wk holiday, she had clear acrylic nails with a gel paint colour, then a gel painted swirl on the top costing £33 & unfortunately her nails fell off WITHIN 2 weeks, (she wasn't doing anything untoward). ⭐

   I just wish there was more interaction with staff and client. I've always had great relationships with my nail ladies where I've lived previously. But there are no conversations or banter. They don't ask if you like the colour you chose when they put it on the 1st nail. From many years of having my nails done what looks nice on the colour chart doesn't necessarily look nice on you, or the colour has a different tone when on your nails. If you do try to explain anything, it doesnt seem to be understood. Plus they don't vent, the fans are there but never turned on. That's not healthy. However I've given 4 stars as for the most part I've been ok with my nails. But not 100%

   After not having best experience previously, poor quality finish and did not last, the lady manager told me to book her. Which i did. Today I arrived at 9.25 for my appointment at 9.30, she finished one lady and went into another one… strange as it was now 9.40… I booked as I am working and wanted a particular person. Shoddy service. I asked when they were doing mine they just said take a seat and soon. I have work and don’t have time to wait around. Will be getting my nails done else where and will not be recommending.

   Well yeah they’re pretty but they were very rushed, awfully messy acrylic, my cuticles weren’t pushed back properly and I’m having to get my nails taken off a week and a half later instead of the normal 3 weeks they last for…☹️ I tried to use a coupon and they told me it couldn’t be used, even though it said nowhere in the coupon that It could only be used after January; At least I was in and out within the hour.
