   Excellent service in the hearing aid dept! Resident of USA, one of my hearing aids crapped out on me so I popped in on Christmas Eve hoping they could help. Reeelleeee nice blokie changed the thingy on the end and got it working AND it was free!!! All within 10 minutes!! I was so pleased cos I'm here for another 2 weeks which would have been a bit of a pain to have only one hearing aid working. What? Can't hear you...

   Excellent service by all staff from welcome when I arrived to specialists for my eye tests and contact lens check. Discussed my concerns re changes in prescription and good advice offered. Very helpful throughout whole visit, including phone call previous day to advise my eye test was due and would I be happy to add this to my contact appointment. All very good thank you

   very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Only downside for me, having difficulty walking with a broken hip, was the lack of nearby parking in Fareham. Segensworth shop was better for that. Cannot work out why, having had two cataracts done over the years, I was asked in the survey about contact lenses.

   Eye test was super fast. Optician very vague. Never really explained what I needed or why. Recommended varifocals when my distance vision is fine. Took me downstairs and said someone would be over to help me shortly. Waited 15 minutes no one came to help choose frames. Decided to go somewhere else. Even when paying no one asked if I'd managed to find what I needed etc. Went to Vision Express and purchased there. Their customer service was exemplary!

   The options are very good examining your eyes as are the staff who assist you thereafter. The downside is the staff who fit your glasses when you return to collect, most are not competent and it's not good trying to read the laminated card when you have smeared lenses after they have put their finger marks over your lenses when they've adjusted to fit your face properly!! Big praise for Matthew if he's still in store, he is absolutely brilliant and is very competent at his job

   Booked appointment weeks ago and been constantly called and messaged telling me when my appointment is and if I can't attend to let them know ASAP. 2 hours before my appointment I get a call that they can't see me. Went to vision express can see me same day. Never using Spec Savers Fareham again. I had a similar experience in this branch years ago. Useless.

   Popped in on the off chance they could do something with my frames that I accidentally bent out of shape. A few minutes later my glasses were as good as new. Even cleaned the lenses for me. Staff very pleasant and helpful

   Had appointment for earwax removal received reminder text the day before i arrived for appointment fifteen minutes before to be more or less told off as they had been trying to get hold of me dozens of times surely if they send a reminder text they could hav sent a cancellation text i was then told there was no more appointments anywhere and was left to sort an alternative location and time. left this branch angry and disgusted as this wasted a days holiday and travalling and parking costs will never use specsavers again for eyecare or hearing care.
