    Me and my family (10 adults, 14 kids) booked the arms after we visited santas cottage. They gave us our own room, The Library, and they looked after us from start to finish. The service was absolutely fantastic only to be outdone by the food. Everyone had said that their meal was brilliant and the kids portions were huge aswell. They kept our drinks topped up and couldn't do enough for the kids. Would recommend this place 10/10
