Been a tenant with Relocate for over 2 years now and they are fantastic. The girls are polite, quick to respond, every issue taken care of swiftly. Couldn’t ask for more. Have been with some dodgy agencies in my time but this is a professional local company and we look forward to many more years renting through them.
Julieanne and Lorraine were great to deal with. We also decided to sell our house with them after being impressed when viewing a house with them. Nothing was too much trouble and can honestly say they went above and beyond what I would have expected. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to others. They were very flexible around signage as well which I appreciated.

On the fence, the first time I dealt with them they were great. Then I called about another property and asked if they took pets. They'd said find and call me back. Never did. Called them about a different property and the woman was quite abrupt and rude, I asked if this property allowed pets, and all I got was no, I was starting to talk and she just goes bye. So I didn't bother continuing with what I was gonna say.
First class service. Nothing was too much hassle and L. was very attentive and professional when organising access to properties etc. Would 100% recommend.
