Absolutely awful, stay away unless you want a disease. Staff were rude and they were using tools on 1 person and then tried to use them on me without cleaning them!!
Been coming here for a while now and always pleased with my nails. Staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. They are always keen to please and continuously ask if you are happy with what they are doing. Reasonably priced with money off coupons for loyal customers.
Will not go there again. First I had to remind them to put anti fungus on. Second They put anti fungus again before adding nail polish which I belive cause for the nail polish to get removed so soon. The shape of my nails is terrible not aligned at all. I am not sure if one of the nail artists was so bad but definitely will not go back. I went for a refill with powder.

Worst nails I have ever got done in my life payed £30 for an infill for them just to take my colour of and re paint them livid do not recommend to go here staff where rude bad place!
Went for the first time and went for an infill and change of colour and A soon as I walked out the polish started to rub off within minutes and when I went back they just laughed and fixed it with water, they look really rough and tacky would not recommend going their.
Very aggressive staff! My friend had gel infills done yesterday but the man doing them made a very botched job of them. We both went back today (after messaging the salon and told to come in) to ask if there was anything they could do to rectify the problem and were greeted with a very bad attitude. At first we were told there was nothing they could do so my friend asked for the full set to be taken off. At first he said they don't do that (despite it being advertised on the wall) then said he could maybe fix them a little for a fee of £20. We said just take them off and numerous times we mentioned a refund. At the end the man ran and hid in the back room and when we asked the other staff about the refund the woman working there stood up and screamed at us "NO REFUND!" over and over. Then the other member of staff in the salon said it was my friend's own fault that she didn't like the nails. The whole encounter was very unprofessional and quite intimidating. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place and I pray no vulnerable people have to encounter the nastiness of the staff.
