Aaron from UPS in Ballynahinch was very professional knowledgeable and a gentleman. His explanation on the process involved was detailed and informative. I would highly recommend him to come out to value your property to sell.
After having previously bought a property via UPS I was disappointed recently with the lack of contact and service received. We went to view a property and as such wanted to put an offer in, the following day I received a call stating that the seller was going to go for the offer previous as they wanted I quick sale (that I understood) - I then advised that I wished to increase my offer substantially and I provided details of this on the phone. Unfortunately I never received a call back and the property is now sale agreed! Now again as stated above, if they seller had genuinely declined this offer that's fair enough but I feel this was not passed on to the seller and I never had a call back to say yes it was declined which I feel would be a fairly standard request. Unfortunately this has now put me off ever listing a property with UPS in future if this is how potentially buyers are treated
Aaron and his team were very courteous and professional from both my selling and purchasing of our houses,going the extra mile to iron out niggles that sometimes occurs in house transactions, would have no problem in recommending using them

An absolutely awful service from these people, full of constant lies and miscommunication between myself and the landlord who are both in contact outside of UPS sharing their replies. They are an unhelpful, inconsiderate bunch and I don't know how they get away with the poor service they provide. If you have the misfortune of dealing with Tim or Lauren, you'll forever be met with excuses and empty promises to reply and get back to you whilst not hearing from them for weeks. Steer clear of this circus.
