   PMS Lettings changed my life. It's been mnths that I was trying to look for a flat for me and my partner but other letting agency does not cater what we need and does not get back to us immediately. Until, PMS came and everythng went smooth and very efficient. The sales agets are very helpful including James Bank and Jen, they get back to your emails ASAP and very accommodating. They are game changers.

   We are very happy to have PMS managing our property. James and Lee are competent, highly experienced, and found a tenant quickly when another local agent had failed us. Some teething issues were quickly fixed by local tradespeople (imploding boiler!) and their cleaner made the house immaculate. There is not a better agent in the Chichester area.
