Clive and his team have been (and continue to be) so very helpful and supportive in letting and managing our two properties. Clive is honest, professional and so knowledgeable of the rental market. Him and his team are always one step ahead of the legal requirements involved in renting a property. His fees are very fair and when we’ve had minor works/repairs carried out by his bank of tradesmen, their charges are exceptionally reasonable.    We were so lucky to have come across Clive - oh my goodness, what a difference to dealing with "normal" estate agents. Clive is professional, efficient and very friendly. Nothing that we asked was too much trouble for him. If unable to answer our call, very soon he got back to us. Every email we wrote was answered without delay. We were rather complicated clients and asking lots of questions and needing much advice, but Clive was patient, cheerful and helpful the whole way. On moving in day, Clive had a welcome banner up on the front door. There was also a "welcome pack" with goodies inside. He took time to explain everything around the house and left a couple of manuals with all sorts of important information regarding the house, people to contact, what to do when things go wrong etc. etc. We can honestly say that if everyone who offered a service dealt with their clients in the same way that Clive does, there would be so many less grumpy and stressed people around. He really is second to none and he should be very proud of CRJ Lettings.

From start to finish everything was explained perfectly, and we moved on happy and with no issues at all.    It has been an all positive experience with Clive at CRJ Lettings. We are current tenants and the whole process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish. Prior to moving in, we had really struggled with previous estate agents and finding a property, but finding CRJ lettings was like a breath of fresh air. The properties Clive manages are all a very high standard at a very reasonable price and Clive was very responsive and professional when dealing with any questions we had and the application process. On move in day Clive was very thorough in showing us around our new home, and had created a detailed instruction manual to help us keep organized (as moving can be stressful as it is!). He also provided us with a welcome to your new home box which little treats which was the most lovely touch. We have had no issues since moving in and any queries we've had about the property, Clive has been quick to respond and very helpful - I would certainly use CRJ Lettings again and really recommend the service. Thank you!
