   Hugo has been fantastic throughout the entire letting process. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated how quickly he turned around every request and how clearly he explained each step of the process. The property was listed quickly and let just as fast. On a personal level, I enjoyed our football chats, it showed he took the time to connect with us as people, not just clients, which made the experience even better. We also dealt with Amy, who was equally helpful. She answered telephone queries promptly and explained everything clearly. Overall, a great experience with Leaders thanks to both Hugo and Amy for supporting us in our journey. Highly recommended.

Having registered contact details with Leaders in Emsworth, along with a number of other local Estate Agents, and having described the kind of property we were looking for we started to receive details of prospective properties which matched the criteria. At Leaders we were fortunate to have met Lindsey Hart. Whilst many of the Agents we registered with did indeed follow up, Lindsey called on a non-intrusively regular basis and followed up with e-mails.    Having recently completed a move as a tenant moving into the area, Aaron was great and guided me through the whole process very efficiently. He always returned my calls and replied promptly to emails. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process very easy. Jess was also helpful and efficient every time I spoke to her. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 star review is that the tenancy progression team weren’t so responsive, which was frustrating.
