   Screwfix on Copenhagen Road is an excellent branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, there's a fantastic range of tools, work clothing, power tools etc. Unfortunately they don't seem to do the catalogues anymore and have a touch screen in store. I preferred the catalogue, so you could browse through it at your Leisure and often find things you wouldn't even think of looking for or new they sold.

   A range of tools and materials that covers the needs of professionals and DIYers. They keep a decent stock in most stores and if it's not there, then you can usually order for next day collection or delivery. They're a useful supplier if you're working away and have not brought the right tool or equipment with you and you need it there and then too, as you can usually find a branch nearby. The staff are always helpful and willing to suggest alternatives but it is always best to know exactly what you want.
