   The last person I spoke with was apologetic and reasonable. If you decide to take the risk for a good value item, check the Ts & Cs. If the Ts & Cs still remove your statutory right to return goods for 30 days after they are signed for (e.g. by the courier), be aware that you can challenge this in court as an "unfair contract". I believe my experience (a ten week wait for a refund, following a County Court case) was unusually bad and the cause has been dealt with.

   Ordered a patio door on 26 February 2024 with a delivery timescale of 3-4 weeks. Arrived 10 June 2024! When it did arrive a pane of glass was missing and on ringing ND plastics they were able to advise it had been damaged by the courier but hadn't taken any action over it. I asked if they could. 24 June missing glass pane arrived. Whole thing took far too long and was rather painful. Finishing trim they don't supply but that aside I think the door looks good.

   Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not order as they look as if they will go bust any day now. Paid £1600 to order products from them on May 3rd and advised 7 days delivery. Fobbed off with excuse after excuse only to find out that they had not paid their suppliers - roof had not even been ordered nearly 3 weeks after we paid for it. Only found out as we rang the suppliers direct - we then had to go and do a 6 1/2 hour round trip to collect the product ourselves. Company not interested in their customers, just grabbing money as they are seemingly on the verge of going bust. An absolute disgrace.

   Absolutely shocking company. Not only do they make me an incorrect order of windows and only get 2 out of 7 of my windows right. The person on the phone swore at me and was very rude to me as she wouldn’t admit or apologise for her mistake. I have the proof of what I asked for and designs and all they were willing to do was give me £200 off. I’ve now got to have new window frames with the design I asked for and glass changed in two as they’ve got the order wrong. Also have to take time off work again to be able to get them corrected so I loose another 2 days pay. The owner Neil would not speak to me to sort the issue. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Awful company. Disgusting customer service.

   Ordered a glass panel and arrived within a week for pick up. Due to my measuring skills on that day. The panel did not fit. Doh..My fault...Measured again then ordered online. received a follow up call within 24hrs checking the order was correct before they processed it. My dealings to date have been nothing but good customer service. Thanks

   Terrible "service", had to open a Paypal Dispute as I had to wait 2 months for my goods, then they made up the story it was lost in the post, then was promised another date and item never showed up. Eventually got my parcel 4 1/2 months after the initial order. Resulted in me losing a commission project. Avoid at all costs, mush better companies out there.

   This company are a joke. Ordered a window which when delivered the front bubble wrap was damaged and the delivery bloke dropped it off and ran. He never gave me a chance to check the window for damage. As a result i am £100 down with a broken window and a company who simply don't care about their customers and just hide behind their T&Cs. I really hope people learn from mistake and never buy from places like this!
