   I had been looking for a property as my house had sold and was very pleased to be put in contact with a lovely lady called Samantha Jenkins who worked for Mann &Co estate agents Waterlooville. From start to finish she was very professional, and very happy to show you the properties, and also had done her homework on the properties she was showing you, she kept me up to date with any property she thought I might like, and when it came to viewings, she answered every question you asked,, but if she didn't know the answer, she made sure when she got back to the office, she would find out the information and get straight back to you. I could honestly say, with all my dealings with estate agents in the past few weeks, Samantha has been a god send, and I wish she had been the one who had been the estate agent on all my viewings (even on property that Mann's wasn't selling). Samantha made a very stressful situation more relaxing, what a fantastic lady to have working for you, more like Samantha would be great. 10/10

   The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. We rented a home and was left for 11 weeks with a major fire hazard in the house - our 1 year old baby was trapped in her bedroom for over an hour. We had to go and buy ladders to climb the front of the house and break the door to get her out. I was trapped in a bedroom and the locksmith had to get me out. We were left without a working shower for 8 weeks and still hadn’t been fixed before checkout: We ended up leaving the property because of the many issues we had which were not fixed, ignored by both staff and landlord. Please be aware when using Mann estates. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone !!!!
