    We went in this morning and got some great advice from the two guys outside the store. It was a pity that the member of staff inside let them down. For a start we stood there for about 15 seconds before anyone looked up or asked if they could help (and one of the men from outside had come in with us). Then the service was very poor and the one who served us was obviously in a mood about something. It is a shame as we've been in many times (although a while ago) and the service was always outstanding.
