   We started work on a development at the back end of last year and needed a local merchant that could cope with the demand and City Plumbing Beverley have certainly acheived this. Always most helpful and very efficient. Materials are delivered to site very quickly and the majority of products we require seem to be easily brought in to branch if not in stock.

   Needed a part for our boiler and didn’t realise the shop closed at 5 but the manager still served us and got the part ordered even though they were closing. He then noticed that we were looking at the bathrooms and went above and beyond to explain our options to us and he knows what he is talking about! He ended up closing late for us even though he had a train to catch and we had said we were happy to come back. This was customer service at the highest level! Received a call at 8.30am this morning to say that the part was already in. Amazing service.
