   Firstly, I would like to apologise to Phil and the team at Forgales for the delay in writing this review. I was recommended them over a year ago when we at Gilberdyke Cats Hotel began our renovation project. Everyone has looked after us, have been very helpful and gave us sound advice and support. We will be embarking on our next phase in 2026 and I will be in touch for our next batch.    Contacted forgale for a ‘DIY’ project. Despite me being absolutely clueless, Hannah in sales was very patient with me both over the phone and in email to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Got sketches by email to make sure I got the right thing, along with detailed a quote. Turnaround and price was very good. Also returned for some custom made box guttering to finish the job as they were so easy to deal with.
