   This is the first time I have bought anything from Machine Mart and I was really impressed with the amount of stock they had. I was expecting to have to wait three or four days to get the drilling machine I bought but they actually had two in stock! They also had the morticing attachment I wanted so I was able to buy it and take it home the same day. The staff were friendly and helpful and I will be returning again when I want something else.

   I was let in on my mobility scooter the car park entrance by a very nice assistant who greeted me me with a cheerful good morning. He opened the door for me and asked if he could help. I answered yes please and told him I wanted a fan about 18 inches diameter. He showed me one on the counter and I asked if he had a pedestal one ? He showed me one and I said that’s it a Clarkes 18 inch one . I said would it fit on the floor of my scooter do you reckon ? He promptly put it on for me . I said thank you. I have got one of these I’ve had it now a few years and my wife uses it so I decided to get her one the same. I paid him and got on the scooter ( only just. ) It was a bit of a squeeze but I managed to. He waited while I turned around to exit the building, then he opened the door again for me and wished me a goodbye , and stay safe and have a nice day. I said “ thank you I will and the same to you. With that I was out and on the way home. What a nice helpful guy . I surprised my wife with the fan and promptly started to assemble it. It was up in 20 minutes and working beautifully. Then I unplugged mine and took it in to the living room room ready for watching the football tonight? I thourghly recommend this shop if you need and thing like this . They do value your custom.    Altho there's lots in stock, they're quite often way over the prices being charged by rival companies. I asked about price match and basically got sneered at, oh well my £250 purchase will be spent elsewhere

   I phoned the grimsby store in advance to check they had the Clark 8inch bench polisher in stock. Drove 60 mile round trip to the store today, bought it along with other items. Got home this evening. On opening the box I noticed there was extra tape, making it look like it had been re sealed. When I opened it up a number of parts were missing, mainly the 4 washers that hold the pads on, so I can't use it. I will now have to travel again and will want a new unopened product. Really not good enough service.
