   just as bad as screwfix. I wanted a brass, 2 bolt, tulip shaped door nob. they don't stock them as standard in branch. only chrome ones. after all that... still nobless.

   Been to buy some coving 66mm x 78mm x 2m. Then asked for internal and external coving he came out with 127mm internal & external when he was busy putting it through the till i asked if these were the same size as the 2m length he said no.but but he still was going to sell them to me even though they were twice the size. Not happy at all

We often Place orders from within customers homes and by the time we arrive in store to collect it’s been picked and brought to the counter ready. This is mainly due to the excellent customer service I receive from all members of staff that work there. Whilst remaining professional at all times they are very friendly & can't do enough to help.

   I ordered a hoist when it arrived it was damaged so a replacement was when this one arrived it had obviously been returned because a number of parts where missing and the packaging was damaged so a third hoist was ordered this time it was OK in my opinion the company need to review there distribution centre at my local store in Scunthorp all the staff where very helpful but I don't know if I will use this company again when screwfix is on the same site and I have never had a problem like this with this company
