   POOR STAFF. Went in and bought the clothing over £100 and the lady who served me was not interested at all. I asked for different sizes and got the response what is out we have. Got multiple items and was not offered a bag. It was as if me spending money was a hassle for get. Blond lady around 30 no smile miserable face just a unpleasant experience Il go somewhere else from now on . A shame as I have my own Buisniss and could of used them offten Custom service is everything nowadays as there is a lot of competition Please have a word or retrain as it’s not what I expected from ARCO

   Arrived in the shop. Two people behind counter, no greeting. Spent 5 mins looking for the item I needed. A high viz gillet . Eventually caught the eye of the guy behind the counter to be told they don’t stock them but can order you one in. Disappointing response from a company that promises to be a one stop shop.

   New Website is Dreadfull. Nothing Works! So Many Issues, I have lost count! A year on, the website is still dreadfull. Slow, clunky, and products just dissapear from your core range without warning. Shambles!

   I picked up a pair of work boots for £67. Nice and hopefully comfy for construction site work. They have a 30% discount sale starting Monday 23rd of November. They let one customer in which is a good COVID control yet they give you enough time and support to select a suitable product

   Absolutely shocking service.. Enquired about getting some Branding on a pair of Gloves, told yes no problem and quote sent to me within a few days... I sent across the graphics we required for the design to be drawn up. It then takes around 4 weeks and approx. 3 emails and 2 phone calls per week for nothing to happen. Then i get an email saying they can't do it because the Designer hasn't got our Account Number, despite the amount of contact and them sending us a sample set of gloves only around 4 weeks before. Then no more contact for another couple of days. Finally I receive an email saying sorry they can't do it, by which time it is too late to get them in time for our deadline which is a Trade Show.. Definitely avoid!!
