   Incredibly poor service. Used for the first time for a CollectPlus parcel. Parcel was delivered on a Wednesday as expected but no collection details were sent. I went on Saturday evening and my parcel was ready for collection. Despite showing four forms of ID and showing the order details with the order number and the company who sent the item I was turned away. They have just cost an innocent retailer a £90 order. Three time I went to collect my parcel. And three time these people wouldn't give me it. Even though there was never any dispute about my ID and that the parcel was mine. These people are beyond incompetent. Fuel here is usually expensive as it is compared to other local retailers and the poor service means I won't be using them in future.
