   Went into aldi with my mum and sister today after I finished work and we did some shopping in aldi like we normally do. During our recent visits I’ve noticed that this one specific woman keeps looking at us and not in a way that is comfortable for individuals shopping at a store. The lady next to us on the self scanner, scanned her shopping before she started to scan her bag but when my mum tried to do the same she was told that it’s not how it works. She was quick to tell my mum that she was doing it wrong but left the other woman to get on with it. When my mum confronted her and told her that she’d do it how she wanted to it, the employee was very defensive and hit us with “ I work here so I know how it should be”. She was very rude towards us and has continued to create an unpleasant atmosphere when shopping at Aldi. This needs to be addressed immediately, and her behaviour should be reported to higher ups as I believe it is inappropriate. Thank you.

   Adli is a great little store. Gets cramped when busier. Needs a bigger car park with more disabled bays. Always fun juggling game when parking. Great prices. Self-service lanes. Still real cashiers who can be helpful, even when busy. Exiting car park can be fun. Next to the traffic lights. Makes it safer when lights change to red.

   Cannot believe I have just been followed around this store by their security guard like a common criminal, making me feel so uncomfortable. I left my shopping and the store. I spend a lot of money at Aldi, but I will never return. I'm so happy Lidl has just opened in Kingswood because that's where I'll be going from now on. And I'll be telling all of my customers what happened and advising them to do the same.

   My favourite supermarket at the moment as prices are lower here than most shops. My one negative is that just lately they have not had a lot of stock in. No cuppa soups, no face serum and no carnation milk, and was out of filtered milk for weeks.

   I had an awful experience yesterday evening as I was served by Sue on the 17.10.2022 (short black hair, glasses). Sue had rolled her eyes at me and my mother as we were putting our shopping on the conveyor, we were taking our time separating our shopping as we wanting to do two separate transactions. An item did not have the bar code attached and I was wanting to know the price, Sue then went to get the tag for the item and scanned it and gave me the total without letting me the price of the item ? Just really poor attitude and I won’t be returning to this particular store as a result. She was just very rude for absolutely no reason. I will be taking this issue with head office
