   I've just been into Iceland at bransholme center hull I picked up 10 items from their 10 for £10 range or 2 lots from their 5 for £5 I tried to pay for them and they tried charging me £13.50 the manager said in front of everybody that the items wasn't available on offer in store even though signs all around store says they are shop staff even say you can mix and match the manager is a disgrace

   Prices are comparable or even maybe more expensive than some supermarkets. I used them for convenience when I need a few things delivered, but charging £1.30 for 3 carrier bags is a bit much, also charged me the second I completed my order then when delivered one item was not supplied but I have to wait at least 3 days for a refund. I will not be using them again.

   lady on checkout gave helpful friendly service with a smile. i dont often ask name of person on till but i thinks she deserves credit for her good service. so thank you kazz ? for us leaving store with a smile on our faces today.

   Placed a delivery for today between 8am and 10am. Not arrived so called the store. No details were taken and was just told driver was running a few minutes late. I wasn’t happy with the excuse, checked my app and delivery was shown as delivered. I called back the store this time a lovely person answered and took my details. Advised me that my slot had been moved to later in the day. 12 till 2. I asked why such a later time and was told the next slot was already full. I again think I was fobbed off, my order was probably forgotten for the 1st time slot and placed me on the next available one. Will see if it arrives.

   Very good variety of products both frozen and fresh at good prices.Only downside is they use all the checkouts for deliveries leaving some customers who only want a basket full of items frustrated having to wait in a long queue.There should be 2 checkouts for deliveries and 2 checkouts for ordinary customers think the situation needs addressing

   There is usually 'everything' within the store to 'meet' my requirements etc. Best to 'avoid' at School Leaving times - as it has a 'tendency' to get 'busy' and that isn't 'good' for anyone with Depression/Anxiety and or PTSD issues. Friendly, helpful staff.
