   I'd been trying for ages to find someone to repair a couple of power tools repairing, when someone suggested that I try Humber Merchants. A really helpful guy checked them, sent them off to "Darren in Doncaster" and hey presto they were back and sorted within seven days. I went back a week later with something else off my "difficult to do' list. The guys had a 'team problem solving' meeting at the front desk and off I went with a £1.60 connector. Job done. The thing that really stands out for me is the attitude of the staff. Often when DIY-ers like me go in 'trade' places, the staff are often disinterested or even patronising. At HM there's a quite pride in the depth of practical knowledge they've got between them - and a willingness to share it. All done in a really friendly and helpful way. The prices are competitive, they carry a great range of sock, and the customer care is on another level. My only regret is that I wish I'd known about it 25 years ago.

   Had to take some boc cylinders back and can't praise the man i think it was Les, who dealt with me enough. He was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He unloaded all the cylinders without grumbling. I also wanted sone prices of other products and he was so patient and helpful, an absolute asset to this company.
